Alpha supported housing offer Supported housing Birmingham accommodation, housing-related support and other interventions to a wide range of people to help them change their lives. We provide accommodation, support, and wellbeing services, outreach, information, advice, and guidance across Birmingham.
Alpha Supported housing Birmingham also provide private rented accommodation and are growing this area of our work via a letting’s agency. We help those who are most in need and hardest to engage to find and/or maintain accommodation so that they feel safe and encourage them to be independent and reach their aspirations.

Alpha Supported Housing is a social lettings agency working in partnership with various Housing Association as part of its Housing and Well-being services. Our agency provides housing within the private rented sector for a variety of vulnerable groups, including ex-offenders who have difficulty accessing housing with support or independent housing themselves, for whatever reason.
Alpha supported housing offer our residents high-quality housing with rent and tenure suited to their circumstances and, where required, a personalized system of support and coaching to help them maintain their tenancies and prepare for a planned move on into independent accommodation.
Alpha Supported Housing has many years experience of working with social and private sector landlords. This is coupled with Alpha Supported Housing offering considerable experience in meeting the housing needs of local authorities and agencies in the vulnerable, ex-offender, and substance misuse fields, providing well-established and priced models of delivery.
We Provide

Mainly shared properties, with some self-contained properties, where is more appropriate. All of the properties are fully furnished.

We provide intensive housing management together with low levels of support but will also facilitate the provision of higher levels of support by other agencies.
