1. About these terms
By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
“We”, “us” and “our” refer to Alpha Supported Housing Ltd. “You” means any visitor to this website.
2. Website purpose
This website provides general information about Alpha Supported Housing, our supported accommodation, referrals, landlord partnerships, contact arrangements and repair reporting.
Website information is not a promise of accommodation, a support agreement, a tenancy or licence, a landlord lease, or professional legal, medical or financial advice.
3. Referrals and accommodation
Accommodation is subject to availability, eligibility, interview, needs assessment, risk assessment and our allocation criteria. Sending a referral enquiry does not guarantee an assessment, placement or offer of accommodation.
Applicants and referring agencies must provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge. We may request supporting documents or further information before making a decision.
If accommodation is offered, the applicable licence or other occupancy agreement and the resident's person-centred support plan will govern the placement.
4. Landlord information
Information for landlords describes our usual approach and possible benefits of working with us. It is not a binding offer or guarantee. Contract length, rent, repair responsibilities, property standards and all other arrangements are subject to property checks, due diligence and a written agreement signed by the relevant parties.
5. Repairs
Repair response categories and times shown on the website are targets and guidance based on the information available when a repair is reported. Actual priority and response may depend on risk, access, parts, contractor availability and the nature of the problem.
Residents should provide their name, property address, contact details, a clear description of the repair and a suitable access time. Nothing in these terms limits any legal duties or rights that apply to a property or occupancy agreement.
6. Enquiries submitted through the website
The contact, referral and repair forms send the information you provide directly to the relevant Alpha Supported Housing team by email, with a PDF copy attached for their records. The website does not retain a database copy. An email delivery provider processes the message for delivery; if direct delivery is temporarily unavailable, your own email application may open with the completed message instead.
Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in a general website enquiry. If you need to share detailed supporting or risk information, contact the relevant team first.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, submit information you know to be false, or use the site in a way that infringes another person's rights.
8. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every page will always be complete, error-free or available. We may update, suspend or withdraw content without notice.
For current vacancies, eligibility, opening hours, property arrangements or repair information, contact our team directly.
9. External links
Links to external organisations and social platforms are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices, and a link does not necessarily mean we endorse everything on that website.
10. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website's branding, written content, layout and original materials belong to Alpha Supported Housing or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Other copying, republication or commercial use requires prior written permission.
11. Liability and your rights
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website information, temporary unavailability, or content on a third-party website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated terms apply from the date shown at the top of this page.
13. Contact us
